Our office for Carrier Airconditioning & Refg Ltd. is over at 3, Netaji Subhash Marg in Darya Ganj. If you have ever been to Darya Ganj, you know how crowded and lively it can get, especially on the weekends. We are right in the thick of it. The building we are in has been around for quite some time. It has that old-school feel with heavy doors and windows that sometimes creak when the wind blows. Inside, it is a different story. We have our desks and our equipment all set up to handle the daily tasks. It gets pretty busy here with people coming and going. We do not really have time for fancy talk or trying to look more important than we are. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished. The street outside is full of bookshops and food stalls, so there is always something to see if you look out the window. Sometimes the noise from the market carries inside, but we do not mind it much. It makes the place feel alive. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that is usually where the best conversations happen. We are a small team and we just handle things as they come. No big corporate slogans or anything like that. Just a group of people working at 3, Netaji Subhash Marg. We like it here despite the crowds.
