B.V. Nallini & Co.

Our business, B.V. Nallini & Co., is tucked away on Chinnappan Street. The address is 50/34, right in the K.K.Pudur area of Sai Baba Colony. It’s a nice part of town, mostly quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and keeps us dry when it rains. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or modern art on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of ledgers. We’re the kind of place where you can still hear the neighborhood sounds—kids playing nearby or the occasional vegetable vendor walking past. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and do it right. B.V. Nallini & Co. is a small team, and we all know each other well. Some of us have been working together for over ten years. We don’t have a human resources department or any of that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. Being in Sai Baba Colony is great because everything we need is close by. We don’t have a big marketing plan. We just show up at 50/34 Chinnappan Street every morning and see what the day brings. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just keep at it until the sun goes down.
