Btc Consultants is basically run out of flat number 4 in the Saket building, B-5. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. We’ve got a couple of rooms turned into workspaces. There’s a kitchen where we spend a lot of time talking over tea. We mostly handle consulting stuff, which means a lot of reading and writing reports. It can get a bit tedious, but we enjoy the challenge of figuring things out. The team is just three of us right now. We’ve all worked in bigger places before and decided we liked this smaller way of doing things better. There’s no dress code here; some days we’re in t-shirts, other days we might dress up if someone is coming over. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small nameplate on the door. People usually find us through word of mouth. Saket is a decent neighborhood, and it’s easy for us to get to. We try to keep our overhead low so we don't have to worry too much about the bills. Sometimes we work through the weekend if a project is really pressing, but we try to keep a balance. We aren't looking to grow into some huge firm. We just want to do good work for the people who trust us and keep our little office running smoothly. It’s a quiet, productive way to work.
