Bread & More Restaurant

Bread & More is tucked away in the N-Block market of Greater Kailash - I. It’s a busy little spot, especially on the weekends when people are out shopping and need a place to grab a bite. The restaurant isn't huge, so the tables are pretty close together, which gives it a bit of a noisy, friendly feel. We’ve got a small kitchen crew that stays busy making sandwiches, pastas, and whatever else is on the menu for the day. Sometimes it feels like we are tripping over each other back there, but we manage to get the food out. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a big management team watching over us. It’s just us doing the daily chores, wiping down tables, and making sure the fridge is stocked with fresh ingredients. The market outside is always full of life, and we get a lot of regulars who live nearby and just want a quick meal without any fuss. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up when it’s really hot, but we try to keep the place comfortable for everyone. We aren't trying to be the most expensive place in GK, just a reliable one where you can get something to eat. Most of our day is spent just keeping up with the orders and making sure the dishes are washed.
