Birlasoft India Limited is located at 2 244 in Dr Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve got a basic setup here. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of decorations or fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the main lanes of Ambedkar Nagar. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors because the numbers are close together, but we usually sort it out pretty quickly. We spend most of our day focused on the computer screens and talking things through. It gets a bit loud when the local market is in full swing, but you get used to the noise after a few days. We don't really have a big team, just enough people to handle the workload we have right now. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We drink a lot of chai from the guy down the street who brings it around in the afternoons. If you ever come by, you’ll probably see a few files stacked on the floor because we ran out of shelf space again. That’s just how it goes when things get busy. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office, we just want to finish our work and go home to our families.
