Our shop is at Sco 3 in Gurgaon, specifically in Sector 29. We are close to Okhla Phase I, so we get a lot of people passing through from that side too. Dealing in tools isn't exactly a glamorous job, but it is what we know. The shelves are packed with all kinds of metal things—wrenches, hammers, and stuff you’ve probably never heard of unless you’re in the trade. We spend a lot of time just moving boxes around and making sure we haven't run out of the basics. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small for everything we try to keep in stock, but we manage to squeeze it all in. Customers usually come in knowing exactly what they want, though sometimes they just bring a broken part and ask if we have a replacement. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and the tools. The morning starts with a quick sweep of the floor and then we open the shutters. Sector 29 is a busy area, so there’s always noise and people moving about. We’ve been here long enough that most of the regulars know us by name. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just sell tools and try to be helpful when someone is stuck on a job. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. You get grease on your hands and you go home tired at the end of the day.
