Anu Solar Power Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 248 on the 3rd Cross, 8th Main in the Peenya Industrial Area, Phase-III. Peenya is a huge place and it’s always humming with activity. We have a decent-sized workshop where we put together solar components and water heaters. There are always panels leaning against the walls and boxes of parts arriving. We’ve been here for quite a while, watching the area grow and change. The team here is pretty small, just a bunch of people who know how to work with their hands and understand the technical side of things. It’s often quite hot in the warehouse, especially when the sun is beating down on the roof, but that’s appropriate given what we work with. We spend our mornings checking orders and our afternoons testing equipment to make sure everything is okay. We aren't a corporate office with suits; you’ll mostly find us in work clothes with grease or dust on them. We don't have a big marketing department. People usually find us because they need something for their house or their business. We just focus on building things that work like they are supposed to. It’s a practical business and we like the routine of the industrial area. There is always a truck being loaded or a new shipment to sort through. We just take things as they come and keep the machines running throughout the week.
