Walking up to the first floor of M-19 in the Block Marketgreater Kailash Part-Ii, you’ll find us. The market downstairs is always full of people, especially in the evenings. Our space is a bit quieter, but not by much. We handle a lot of international trade details, which means plenty of folders and long phone calls at odd hours because of the time zones. The stairs can be a bit steep if you're carrying boxes. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The wallpaper is a bit old, and the air conditioner makes a rattling noise, but it works. We don't have a front desk person sitting there all day. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s a small team. We deal with various goods going back and forth across borders. It involves a lot of patience with customs and paperwork. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to spend the afternoon tracking down where a shipment went. We don’t use those big corporate words to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people in GK II making sure the logistics side of things stays on track. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. You won't find any slick brochures here, just people looking at spreadsheets and talking to agents. That’s how Ace International Llp operates.
