People know where we are because we’ve been at 258 K Hari Nagar for a long time now. It’s right there by Ashram Chowk on the Main Mathura Road. It gets really busy around here with all the traffic passing by. Most days we are just busy looking at broken fridges and sorting out parts that people need. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a place where work gets done. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty from the road outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to customers or trying to find a specific component that someone is looking for. It’s a lot of manual work and the hours can get a bit long when there’s a backlog. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, more buildings coming up and the traffic getting worse every single month. It’s a loud spot, especially with the horns from the main road always going off. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes through the door. Usually, it's someone from the neighborhood or a technician who needs something fast. It’s not a corporate office, just a workspace where we keep the tools and the inventory. If you walk past the chowk, you can't really miss the building. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when it's busy, there's stuff everywhere. That's just part of the daily routine here at the center.
