A Deep Halal Chicken Shop

A Deep Halal Chicken Shop is over in Sangam Vihar at 41275. It’s a busy area and there’s always something going on outside our door. We get the chickens in early and spend the first few hours getting everything ready for the day. It’s a lot of work with your hands, and you have to be careful with the tools. The shop is pretty basic with some tiles on the walls and a heavy chopping block that’s been used for years. We don’t have much in the way of decoration because it wouldn't stay clean for long anyway. Customers come in and out, mostly people from the nearby houses getting something for their lunch or evening meal. We talk to them about their families or the local traffic while we work. The heat can be quite a lot in the summer months, so we have a fan that rattles in the corner but it doesn't do much. We just keep going until the last bird is sold. It’s a routine that we’ve followed for a long time. Some days are slower than others, especially when it rains hard and the streets in Sangam Vihar get muddy. We just keep the shop open and wait for the regulars to show up. It’s a straightforward business, no need to make it more complicated than it actually is. We just try to get the orders right and keep moving.
