Our office is up on the 8th floor, room 804, in Chandarlok, Nerhu Place. If you've ever been to Nerhu Place, you know how hectic it can get with all the shops and people moving around. We are right in the middle of all that computer hubbub. We do a lot of service work, mostly for other businesses that need their IT infrastructure kept in check. It's a lot of monitoring screens and answering emails about server updates. The elevators in the building can be slow, so we usually just stay put once we get here in the morning. Our space is filled with older hardware and new stuff waiting to be tested. It isn't a showroom; it's a working office. We’ve got a few technicians who are always out on calls, so the office can feel empty or really crowded depending on the hour. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a list of things that need to be finished by the end of the day. It’s honest work. We deal with the usual tech headaches like crashes and connectivity issues. Sometimes we’re here late when a big project is due. That’s just the way it is in Nerhu Place. We’ve been here for a good while and know the neighborhood well. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls downstairs and then get right back to the screens. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we’ve found our own rhythm over the years.
