Highness Sea Rock Restaurant

Highness Sea Rock Restaurant is located at Plot No 5 in Sitapur on Neil Island. We are part of the Hotel Highness Sea Rock, right near Sitapur Beach. This part of the island is famous for being the Sunrise Point, so we see most of our customers very early in the morning. Life out here on the island is a bit slower and simpler than on the mainland. We don't have fancy equipment or a big team of chefs. It’s just a local kitchen where we cook what is available from the local markets and what the boats bring in. The restaurant is a basic structure, and we often have to deal with the salt air and the wind coming off the beach. We don't have a polished corporate look. There are no fancy uniforms here. Most of us just wear what is comfortable for the heat. We don't do much in the way of advertising because people usually find us while they are walking back from the beach after watching the sun come up. Sometimes the supply of certain things is a bit short because of the ferry schedules, but we make do with what we have. It’s a quiet, honest place to eat while you are visiting the island. We just focus on keeping the tables clean and the food ready for the travelers.
