Siddhi Wire & Metal Products Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 316 in the E.P.I.P. section of the Hsidc Industrial Estate in Kundli. The industrial estate is quite large, and it can be easy to get turned around if you aren’t familiar with the plot numbers. Our facility is a large shed where we keep the wire drawing machines and the metal stock. It’s a noisy environment when the machines are running, with a constant hum and the sound of metal clinking. The floor is concrete and usually has some scraps of wire lying around. We have a small partitioned area that serves as an office where we keep the computer and the delivery slips. It’s not very fancy, just a few metal cupboards and some old chairs. We spend a lot of time checking the gauges and making sure the wire is coming out at the right thickness. Kundli is a busy hub, so there are always trucks parked along the road waiting to load or unload. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that; we just focus on the manufacturing side of things. Most of the people working here have been at it for a long time and know the machines inside out. We just open the gates early, get the production going, and shut everything down once the day's quota is finished. It’s a regular industrial routine that we have followed for years now.
