We are over here on Sanoli Road in Ugra Kheri, right by the government school. If you know the area, Jasbir’s place is where we set things up. It’s mostly just us handling fruits and vegetables every day. It gets pretty busy when the harvests come in from the fields nearby. We spend a lot of time sorting through stuff and making sure it gets where it needs to go. The trucks roll in early and sometimes it's a bit of a mess with all the crates piled up, but we get through it. Being near the school means there's always some noise and kids running around in the afternoon, which makes the day go by a bit faster. It’s a simple setup really. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of space for the produce. People around here know us as Priyank and Samarth’s place. We mostly just talk to the local farmers and try to stay organized. Some days the weather is too hot and we just sit under the fan for a bit, but there is always work to do. We’ve been at this for a while now and the routine stays about the same. It’s not a big corporate thing, just a group of us working out of this spot in Ugra Kheri to make a living.
