We are located at Plot No-960 in the VPO of Matloda. Egovernance Kissan Producer Companylimited was started by some of us who live and work right here. The name has "egovernance" in it, but we are still just farmers at heart. We spend most of our days out in the fields around Matloda. Our office at the plot is where we handle the registration and the records for the members. It isn't a very big place, just enough to keep the rain off the papers. We wanted to find better ways to deal with the markets and get the things we need for the farms. Being a producer company means we have to keep track of a lot of details. We aren't experts at writing things like this, but we know how to grow a good crop. Matloda is a busy enough place during the peak season. You can find us at the plot most days if we aren't out checking the land. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, even though our name might make you think so. It's mostly just hard work and talking to the other farmers in the village. We try to keep everything straightforward and avoid any corporate nonsense. It is a local operation through and through. We just want to make sure the farming life in Matloda stays viable for the next generation. That's the main thing we worry about.
