Bsj Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at Khewat No. 40, Khatoni No. 41. We also work out of Khasra No. 22 and Killa No. 14. It is basically just a group of us who live and work around here. There is no big office with computers everywhere. Most of our work is done on the land. We spend a lot of time checking the soil and seeing how the crops are coming along. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather decides not to cooperate. We have to deal with the heat and the rain just like everyone else. The company part of it is mostly just a way for us to handle our sales together so we can get a bit more for our effort. Sometimes the paperwork feels like a lot, especially when we are tired after a day in the fields. We keep our records as best as we can in a small room near the storage. It is a very local thing, and most of us have known each other for years. We do not have any big slogans or anything like that. We just want to grow things and make sure they get sold at a fair price. You can usually find one of us out at Killa No. 14 if it is during the day. It is a quiet life, but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We share the tractors and the other tools to save on money. That is the point of being together in this company.
