Kohinoor Spinning Mills is located at 162 Hsidc in the Industrial Estate of Kundli. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other factories and lots of trucks. It’s not the prettiest place to work, but it’s where the real work happens. Our mill is a large space filled with the constant hum of spinning machinery. We’ve got rows and rows of equipment that run for hours at a time. It’s a bit loud and the air is always filled with a bit of cotton or wool fiber. We don't have a fancy front office; our entrance is just a plain door in the industrial block. Most of our day is spent making sure the machines are running right and the production is moving along. We have a team of people who know the technical side of things and they stay pretty busy on the floor. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the clock. We don’t spend money on expensive decor because this is a factory environment. We just need it to be functional and safe. Kundli is a bit far out from the main city, so we all tend to get here early to avoid the worst of the commute. We take our breaks together and talk about the day’s output. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We aren't trying to be anything other than a spinning mill that does its job every single day.
