Antarctica Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 440 in HSIIDC, Phase - III. It’s a big industrial plot, and we use most of the space for storing and working on our equipment. Being in Phase III means we have plenty of neighbors doing similar industrial work. The noise of the area is just part of the background to us now. We have a lot of heavy machinery and storage racks filled with gear that we move around with a small forklift. It involves a lot of walking back and forth across the floor every day. The office is just a small partitioned area near the front gate where the phone rings. We spend most of our time out where the actual equipment is. It gets quite dusty, and we are always cleaning something or other. We’ve been here for a few years, and the routine is pretty much the same every week. Morning check-ins, looking at the schedule, and then getting to work. We don't have any shiny brochures or a big sales team. Usually, people find us because they need something specific that we happen to have in stock or can make for them. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short breather. It’s a straightforward operation. We just try to keep the equipment moving and the orders filled without making too much of a fuss about it.
