Plot No. 159 in Phase IV of the Hsiidc Industrial Estate is where you’ll find us. Glisten Tins Pvt Ltd has been operating out of Section 57 for quite some time now. It’s a heavy industrial area, so there’s always the sound of metal clicking or trucks reversing somewhere nearby. Our building is a big, functional space designed for work, not for looking pretty. Inside, it’s mostly rows of machines and stacks of tin plate waiting to be processed. It gets quite warm in the summer months, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever air is moving. We aren't the type to have a fancy lobby or plush carpets; we have concrete floors and sturdy workbenches. Most of us have been here a long time, so we know the machines better than we know our own cars. We handle the production schedules and the shipping logs from a small desk tucked in the corner. There’s always a bit of grease around, but that’s just part of the trade. We don't spend money on big ads; our work is just about getting the orders done and out the door on time. It’s a plain, hardworking environment where everyone knows their job and gets on with it. When the whistle blows at the end of the day, we lock up and head out, knowing we did what we were supposed to do.
