You can find us at Plot No. 1220 in the HSIIDC Industrial Area out in Rai. Arihant Technopack Private Limited is a big space, which we need for all the heavy machinery and the stacks of film we use. Being out here in Rai means we have a lot of room, but it’s a bit of a drive for some of us every morning. The facility stays pretty loud when the rollers are going. We spend most of the day monitoring the thickness of the packaging and making sure the seals are being made properly. It’s very repetitive work, but you have to pay attention or things go wrong fast. The office part of the building is just a few desks and some filing cabinets pushed against the wall. We mostly eat our lunch together in the small break area near the back door. There’s a lot of forklift movement during the day because we’re constantly loading pallets onto big lorries. The concrete floor has some cracks and stains from years of use, but it holds up. We deal with a lot of rolls of material, and they are heavier than they look. It’s a dusty environment because of all the trucks outside on the industrial roads. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready for whoever needs their goods packed up. We like to leave right on time to beat the traffic back home.
