In Nai Bazar, Sonbhadra, things move at their own pace. Our office for Krishakkart Agro Innovation Llp is at House No. 63 in the Kusumha area. It’s a very traditional house with thick walls that keep it somewhat cool during the blazing summers we get here. We chose this spot because it’s right in the thick of things. You can hear the sounds of the bazaar from our front door, and there’s always someone walking past. We aren't a big city company with a lot of polish. We are local people who understand how hard it is to get new innovations into the hands of real farmers. Our desks are old, and the chairs creak a bit, but they serve their purpose. We spend a lot of our time out in the field and only come back to the house to handle the paperwork and the phone calls. There isn't a receptionist or a sign-in sheet. People just knock on the door and walk in. We might be having some tea or going over some notes, and we just pull up another chair for the visitor. It’s an honest way to run a business. We don't use big words or fancy talk; we just deal with the realities of agriculture in Sonbhadra. It’s a lot of hard work and not much sleep, but that’s what it takes to get things moving.
