It’s a local setup, very far from the shiny glass buildings you find in the metro cities. We like it this way. It’s quiet and we can focus on our technology work without too many distractions. There are just a few of us here, mostly local folks who wanted to do something in our own backyard. The office is really just a couple of rooms with some sturdy tables and our laptops. We spend most of our day there. Sometimes we take a break and walk outside to stretch our legs. You can hear the sounds of the village while we work, which is much better than traffic noise. We don’t have any fancy titles or a dress code. Usually, we just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. It’s a practical way to run a business. We handle everything ourselves, from fixing the Wi-Fi to talking to the people who need our help. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be doing it here in Sivasagar. The community around here is small, so we see the same faces every day. We aren't doing anything big, just taking it one day at a time.
