Soft Tech Associates

We have been here on Thana Road in Jorhat for a while now. Soft Tech Associates is basically just a small spot where we handle computers and things people need for their offices. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with the traffic on this road. Most of the time, it is just us looking at screens or trying to sort out some hardware issue that someone brought in. We aren't a big firm or anything fancy. It is just a local shop. People stop by when they have a problem with their software or if their printer stops working right. Sometimes we are just drinking tea and waiting for the next person to walk through the door. Jorhat is a good place to be, even if it rains too much sometimes. We try to keep things simple. If you have been around Thana Road, you have probably seen our sign. It isn't new, but it is there. We spend our mornings setting things up and our afternoons dealing with whatever comes up. Dealing with tech can be a headache, so we just take it one day at a time. It is not always easy keeping up with all the changes in how things work, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help the folks nearby get their work done without their computers acting up. It is a living, and we have got a decent rhythm going.
