You’ll find us on the 1st Floor of the Unnayan Super Market on A.T. Road in Jorhat. Being upstairs means it’s a little quieter than the ground floor, which helps when we’re trying to concentrate on fixing a tricky motherboard. We’ve been running this computer shop for a good while now, and the shelves are usually packed with spare parts, software boxes, and some accessories. A.T. Road is a busy stretch, so we get a lot of people dropping off their laptops on their way to work. It’s just a regular shop where we do our best to get things working again. Sometimes the lights in the mall flicker a bit, but we’ve got our own backups to keep the work going. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. Most of us here have been working with computers since we were kids, so it felt natural to open a place in Jorhat. We drink a lot of tea while we work, and the shop usually smells like a mix of electronics and whatever lunch someone brought in. We don't follow any corporate scripts; we just talk to people like neighbors and tell them what’s wrong with their gear. If you’re in the Unnayan Super Market, just head up to the first floor and look for us. We’re usually there until late in the evening.
