Om Computer

We run the shop called Om Computer, which you can find in the Park Extension area of Shikarpur. We are situated right opposite the Durdigudi School. It is an interesting spot to be because the atmosphere changes so much throughout the day. When school starts or lets out, the whole street is full of kids and parents, and it gets very loud and energetic. During the rest of the day, it is actually quite peaceful. Our shop is just a small room with a counter at the front. We keep most of our stock on some simple wooden shelves we put up ourselves. It is a bit of a tight space, so we have to be careful where we step. We have been part of the Shikarpur community for a long time. People around here know us by name, and we often spend time just chatting with the neighbors who walk past. We don't have any fancy technology for ourselves, just the tools we need to fix the computers people bring in. The building is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it is comfortable enough for us. We don't do any big promotions or try to act like a big company. We are just a local shop trying to be helpful. Most of our day is spent at the small desk near the window. It is a simple way to spend the day, and we like being right here across from the school.
