Tech Grow India

Working out of Navule in Shivamogga is pretty decent. Tech Grow India is basically just a few of us in an office setting things up. We handle a lot of different tasks depending on what walks through the door. Some days it’s computers, other days it’s something else entirely. The area in Navule is growing, so there’s always something happening around us. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees in suits. It’s more of a shirt-sleeves-rolled-up kind of place. We spend a lot of time on our screens, checking details and making sure things are working right. If you come by, you might see a few coffee cups sitting around and a lot of cables. That’s just the nature of the work. It gets a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big project. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We like being part of the Shimoga community. It’s nice when someone stops by just to ask a quick question. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it suits us fine. The internet can be temperamental sometimes, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do the work that needs doing and go home to our families at the end of the day. It is a simple way of living and working.
