We are tucked away behind Church Road in Shimoga. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main market area, which is nice because it lets us focus on what we are doing at Cgc. The building is not anything special to look at, just a standard structure that houses our daily operations. We have been in Karnataka for a while now and Shimoga feels like a good home for the business. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking on local projects and making sure our paperwork is in order. The office has a few windows that look out onto the back, so it is not exactly a view, but it lets in some light during the day. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we first opened up here. We do not really go for anything flashy. Our desks are a bit old and the chairs squeak sometimes, but they work fine for us. During the monsoon, the rain hits the roof so loud we have to shout a bit to hear each other over the noise. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who come by to talk about various projects. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. We do not have a big marketing department or anything. It is just us doing the work day in and day out behind Church Road, trying to stay busy and keep things organized.
