Park Premier Hotel

We’ve been here at Park Premier Hotel for a while now. Our spot is in the Ajay Building right on Airport Road in Totu, Shimla. If you know the area, it’s 171011 for the mail. Living and working up here in Himachal Pradesh is something else. Most days it’s just us doing what needs to be done. The building is okay, nothing too fancy, but it does the job for what we need. We spend a lot of time looking out at the road seeing who is coming and going toward the airport. Sometimes the weather gets a bit tricky, especially when the mist rolls in over Totu, but you get used to it. We aren't a big corporate chain with fancy scripts. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone or cleaning up. We try to keep things simple around here. There’s a lot of walking up and down since it’s Shimla, after all. My legs are used to it by now. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep the place running. We deal with the usual stuff like plumbing issues or making sure the lights are working. It’s hard work but it’s okay. If you’re ever walking down Airport Road, you’ll see our sign. It’s been there a long time now. We just stay busy with the day-to-day and try to keep things moving.
