Mindzberg Consulting

Our office is located at House No B 419 in Sector 3, Phase 2, up in New Shimla. Being in Himachal Pradesh means the weather is usually a lot nicer than down in the plains, though the winters can get a bit chilly in the office. We are Mindzberg Consulting, and this house is where we do all our thinking and planning. It’s a quiet area mostly, which helps when you need to focus on consulting work. We don't have a big neon sign or a flashy lobby. It’s more of a home-turned-office vibe where things feel a bit more relaxed. We have our computers set up and a table where we sit around to discuss things. Sometimes we spend hours just looking at documents or talking through ideas with each other. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The commute isn't too bad compared to a big city, which is a relief. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We’re just a small group of people trying to provide some decent advice and help folks out with their problems. It’s a steady pace up here. We don’t really go for those high-pressure sales pitches. We just work through the tasks and try to make sure everything is handled properly before the day ends. That’s about it for our little spot in Shimla. It works for us and we like being away from the heat.
