Air

Our small office is tucked away in Katoch Bhawan, over in New Totu. We are located right near the D A V School and the Power House here in Shimla. Being up in the hills means the pace of life is a bit different than what you find down in the plains. It gets quite cold in the winter months, so we spend a lot of time with the heaters running while we try to get our work done. AIR is the name we go by, and we’ve been part of the local scene for quite a few years now. It’s a quiet spot most days, and sometimes the monkeys outside on the roof make more noise than we do inside the office. We don't have a fancy corporate structure or lots of managers. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. The roads up here can be very narrow and winding, which makes deliveries a bit slow, but we really like the view from our window. Most of our work involves staying on top of local requirements and keeping our equipment in good shape. It’s a very practical environment without any fluff. We don't really do big marketing pushes or advertisements. People around here generally know where we are if they need us. We just focus on our daily responsibilities and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down and it gets really chilly.
