We are based in a fairly old building, which has its own charm but also its own set of problems, like drafty windows when the mountain wind picks up. Sanjauli is a busy area, and the office reflects that. There is usually a lot of activity, with people coming in to discuss various matters or drop off documents. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s more about direct communication and getting things sorted out without too much back and forth. The office itself is filled with old wooden desks and plenty of paper files. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can look a bit messy. Working in Shimla means you have to be prepared for anything, especially with the weather and the terrain. We don't put on airs or try to act like a big city firm. We are just here in Prakash Bhavan doing our part. Most of our days are spent on the phone or responding to emails, making sure everything is moving along as it should. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is expected of us. It is simple, everyday work for our team.
