The Residence

You can find us at the S.M. Modi Complex, right near Karbala Maidan. The Residence is located at 5-4-187/5, and it’s a pretty easy spot to get to if you’re coming from Necklace Road or Rani Gunj. We’ve been operating in this part of Secunderabad for a while. The building is a bit older, but it’s solid. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is running okay for the people who come by. It’s a mix of different things happening here every day. Some days are slow, and we just sit and drink tea, while other days everyone seems to show up at once. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. It’s just us writing this. We like being near the Maidan because there's always something going on outside. The 500003 pin code area is usually bustling, so it’s never boring. If you’re looking for the entrance, it’s right there in the complex. We don't use any fancy systems, just old-fashioned notebooks and a bit of common sense. It’s worked for us so far. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the doors open and do a good job for whoever walks in. Usually, there's a breeze coming off the road, which makes the afternoons a bit more pleasant while we work. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their best.
