Our office is located in the Ameerpet area of Hyderabad, specifically at 7-1-215 C/1. If you know Hyderabad, you know Ameerpet is always busy and full of life. Adani Township And Realestate Company has been here for a while, tucked away in the middle of all that activity. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don't have a massive glass building or a fancy lobby. Our space is simple and functional, which is how we like to run things. We mostly work on township projects and real estate development. The phones are usually ringing and there’s always someone coming in to discuss a property matter or check on a document. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. We aren't into using big words or making huge promises. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get the details right. Being in such a central part of Hyderabad means we are right in the thick of things. We’ve been at this address long enough that the neighbors know us well. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our interactions that way too. No fluff, just the work. Usually, we are here until late evening trying to catch up on the day's tasks. It’s noisy outside but we are used to it.
