City Space

City Space is our small business located at Plot No 46 in Jagdish Nager Colony. We are tucked away near the Rasool Pura Police Line in the Begumpet area of Secunderabad. It’s an interesting spot because you have the police line right there, so it feels quite safe, I guess. The colony is a bit old-fashioned, which we actually like. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. We handle things related to space and property, so there’s always a lot of talk about locations and looking at old maps. Begumpet is such a crowded and noisy area, but our little corner in Jagdish Nager stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We open up the windows to let some air in when it's not too hot, though the noise from the traffic still finds its way inside somehow. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that; we just help people with their space needs and keep things simple. Some days are filled with meetings, and other days we just sit and catch up on a mountain of paperwork. The building we are in is simple, just a regular plot turned into a workspace. We’ve seen the city grow all around us, but this part of Begumpet still feels familiar. It’s a lot of mundane work, but it keeps us going. We just do our thing and try to be helpful.
