Kraheja Raheja It Park Hyderbad Pvt. Ltd

We run Kraheja Raheja It Park Hyderbad Pvt. Ltd from a spot in SBH Colony. It is Plot No.17 A, Venture 2, right in the L.B. Nagar area of Hyderabad. We share the space with Vijaya Kumar. It is a practical setup for us because Hyderabad is getting so crowded and this location is still manageable for the trucks and staff. We mostly look after the details involving the IT park development and general management. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the utilities and office spaces are ready for people to use. It is not all high-tech inside our own office. It is mostly just desks, older computers, and maps of the plots pinned to the walls. L.B. Nagar has changed so much lately with all the new buildings and roads going up. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks that keep a big project like this running. Sometimes it is dealing with local authorities or just making sure the security gates are working. We do not have a PR team or anything like that. It is just us handling the paperwork and talking to the contractors. Sometimes things get delayed by a week or two, but that is just normal for construction here. We have been at this venture for a long time. The colony is a nice place to work from. It has a local feel even though we are dealing with bigger infrastructure. We just focus on the tasks.
