Bagadia Estate Developers Pvt Ltd is based out of Plot No 53 in the Ashok Manipuri Colony, which is near the ECIL Post in Hyderabad. Our office is in a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet and tucked away from the main road noise. We’ve been operating from this plot for some time now. It’s a simple building where we keep all our real estate records and project plans. We don't have a big fancy showroom with marble floors. Instead, it’s just a regular workspace with some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. People from the colony often walk by, and it feels like a very local operation. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork involved in land and development. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have been working together for years. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell ourselves with shiny brochures. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking chai and discussing the latest site updates. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the files, but we know where everything is. Being in the 500 062 area means we are part of the older, established side of the city. We just keep things moving, handling the daily chores and making sure the business stays on track without any unnecessary drama or corporate polish. It works for us.
