We’ve been running Splendid Aparna Projects Pvt Limited for a while now from our office here at Flat No.101 in Meharipriya Apartments. It's on Plot No.178 in Bhagyanagar Colony, right opposite KPHB. If you know the Hyderabad area, you probably know the spot. Bhaskara Rao is the main person here. We mostly just focus on getting things done from this small office. It’s not a big fancy setup, just a regular space where we handle our daily work and paperwork. People stop by sometimes when they have questions about what we’re doing. We’ve been in this part of town for a bit and it feels like home. The traffic near KPHB can be a bit much during rush hour, but we manage. Being at 500072 keeps us busy with local projects. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with suits and long meetings. It's more about sitting down at the desk and figuring out the schedule for the week. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with anyone who walks through the door. Usually, it's just us drinking tea and looking over some blueprints or site updates. If you're looking for where we are, just find the Bhagyanagar Colony entrance and look for the Meharipriya building. We're right there on the first floor. It's a simple operation, really. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a solid place to do our business. No corporate jargon here.
