Rudram Estate

Our office is right on the first floor in Old Ghas Mandi. If you know Secunderabad, you know that area is always crowded and full of life. Rudram Estate is smack in the middle of it at 5-1-366. It’s an old building, but it has character. The stairs are a bit steep, and the noise from the market downstairs never really stops. We deal with property and estates, which basically means we spend our lives on the phone or walking around looking at buildings. Some days are just spent waiting for people who are running late because of the traffic near the station. We have a small desk and a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. It’s not fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. We see all sorts of people coming through the door, from young couples to older folks looking to sell a family plot. We try to be honest about what’s available and what’s not. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. The city is changing, and more people are moving into Secunderabad every year. We just try to keep up with the listings and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of walking, but it’s what we do. We’ve been here in this market area long enough that most people know where to find us.
