We work out of Flat No. 405 in the Royale Block of Rockview Apartments. If you know Safilguda, you know the area can get pretty crowded during rush hour. Malkajgiri is a busy part of Hyderabad and being in an apartment complex like Rockview means we are right in the middle of where people actually live. Pbel Property Development (India) Pvt. Ltd. isn't some glass tower office. It’s just us working out of this flat, handling whatever comes up with the property stuff. The walls are a bit plain and there’s always someone coming or going through the gates. Sometimes the lift is slow, but we make do. We’ve been here in Andhra Pradesh, well, the Hyderabad side of it, for some time now. Dealing with property around here takes a lot of patience. There’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people all day. We keep our files organized in the back room and spend most of our time on the phone or out at different sites. It’s not the most glamorous setup but it works for what we need to do. Safilguda has a certain feel to it, and we like being tucked away in the Royale Block instead of some noisy main road spot. If you’re looking for us, just tell the watchman you’re headed to 405. We’re usually around unless we’re stuck in traffic across town. It's a simple life here in the 500 047 area, just trying to get things done right without making a fuss about it.
