Nakheel Dubai is based right here in Begumpet, Hyderabad. Even though the name sounds like it belongs somewhere else, we are firmly rooted in this part of India. Our address is in the 500016 area, which is a pretty active part of town. We’ve been operating out of Hyderabad for a while now. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we sit down and handle our daily tasks. We deal with various things that come across our desks, mostly coordinating and making sure everything is in order. It’s a bit of a mix of people working here. We don't really go for the high-pressure corporate vibe. We prefer to just talk to people plainly and get things sorted. Sometimes the heat in Hyderabad makes the office a bit warm, but we have the fans going and we get through the day. People in Andhra Pradesh know that Begumpet is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to be here. We don't have a huge team, just enough people to make sure nothing gets missed. It’s straightforward work. We show up, we do what’s required, and we go home. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the work is solid.
