Maytas Properties Limited

We set up Maytas Properties Limited inside Prasad Kamalapriya Towers. Our office is Flat 125, which is right in Santoshima Nagar in Old Safilguda. It is a busy part of Secunderabad, and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We deal with all sorts of property issues, from buying and selling to general management. It is the kind of work that keeps you on your feet. We aren't a big, polished firm with a glass building. Our space is just a regular apartment that we use for business. You will find files stacked up and the sound of the ceiling fan going all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone with lawyers and builders. It can be frustrating when things get delayed, but we just deal with it one day at a time. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know the local area and how the property market works around here. People come to us because they want someone who actually picks up the phone. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes with the scheduling, but we always try to fix it. We like being in Safilguda because it is a real neighborhood. There is a lot of history here, and we enjoy being part of the community. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing without much fuss or loud noise.
