You can find us over at Flat No 8 in Sri Sai Prasanti Nivas. This is in Sai Nagar, Alwal, which is part of Secunderabad. E. Venugopal is the one who usually handles the day-to-day here. It’s an apartment that we use for our office work. It feels a lot like a regular home, which makes the work day a bit more relaxed. We have our computers set up and files stacked in the corners. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole team is in, but we make it work. Alwal is a nice area, fairly quiet compared to the middle of the city. We have been in this building for a bit now. We don't have any big signs or posters on the walls. We just have the work in front of us. Most of what we do involves properties and managing all the details that go along with that. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking documents. We don't use any complicated systems, just good old-fashioned tracking. If you come by, you’ll probably find us having some tea and looking over some blueprints or contracts. It is a humble setup. We aren't interested in looking like a giant corporation. We are just a local office trying to do right by the projects we have. It’s simple, direct, and keeps us busy throughout the week.
