You can find us over in Malkajgiri at H.No.18-423, which is on Plot No. 91 in Mallikarjuna Nagar. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Hitech City side of Hyderabad, but we like being on this side of town. Malkajgiri has a different vibe, more established and a bit more local. We’ve been running Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt.Ltd from this location for a good while. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted for our business needs. It’s located in a quiet street in Mallikarjuna Nagar, so we don’t get a lot of through-traffic, which is good for focusing on work. It’s a simple building, nothing too flashy or modern. Inside, it’s just us and our equipment. We handle all the administrative stuff and the planning for the technology park from here. Most of our neighbors are families who have lived in Malkajgiri for decades. It’s nice to be in a place where people actually know each other. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy decor. We just keep things practical and honest. If someone needs to find us, they usually just look for the plot number in the colony. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest company out there; we just want to get our work done properly and keep the business moving forward from our home base in Malkajgiri. It’s been working out for us so far.
