We are located at D-410 in Bhavya's Anandam Apartments, which you can find right on Nizampet Road. It’s quite close to the JNTU campus in Kukatpally, so the area is always busy with students and traffic. Our office for Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt Ltd is just a regular flat where we’ve set up our desks and files. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with a fancy lobby, but it works for what we do. We like being in Kukatpally because everything you need is right nearby, from shops to the metro station. Nizampet Road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now and most of our work is just keeping the technology park details sorted. We don't really have a polished marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day stuff. Most people find us by heading towards the university and looking for Bhavya's apartments. It’s a practical location for a small team like ours. We don't make a big fuss about what we do, we just keep things running as smoothly as possible from our apartment office. It’s a quiet enough place once you get inside, away from the noise of the main road. We just do our work and head home, keeping things very simple and straightforward for everyone involved in our daily operations.
