Kasya Milk Producer Company Limited

We are over at Fatama Nagar in Padri Bazar, working out of the Purvanchal Gramin Seva Samiti building. Most days here start before the sun is even up because that is when the milk starts arriving from the nearby villages. It is usually quite loud with the cans clanking against each other and the drivers shouting to get through the gate. We have a small office space where we keep the records and handle the paperwork for the producers. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. There are some old wooden chairs and a lot of registers stacked up on the desks. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers who come in to check their payments or ask about the collection times. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to sit and wait or use the light from the door to keep writing. Padri Bazar is a busy spot, so there is always noise from the street outside. We just focus on getting the milk moved to where it needs to go every single day. It is a lot of physical work and sometimes the floors get slippery from the wash water, but that is just how it is. We are just a group of local people trying to keep this operation running smoothly for the dairy folks around here. It gets tiring during the peak of summer, but the work has to be done regardless. We don't have any big corporate goals, just the daily job of milk collection.
