Y R Events

We work out of Flat 3 in building No 203, which is in the Salem North area. Our spot in Rajaram Nagar is pretty easy to find because we are right behind the big water tank. It’s a landmark everyone around here knows. Y R Events isn't a typical business with a glass front or a big neon sign. We are just in a regular residential-style building. This makes the workspace feel quite relaxed and quiet, which we need when we are trying to plan out all the details for an event. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a kitchen where we make a lot of tea. Salem can get really hot, so we appreciate the shade from the nearby trees. Our days are spent calling vendors, checking on supplies, and making sure our schedules are correct. We don’t have a corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in and does what is necessary to get the job finished. Sometimes we are here late at night if there is a big project coming up, and other times we are out on the road. It’s a very practical way of working. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a small local team based in a flat, trying to keep our events running smoothly. If you reach the water tank in Rajaram Nagar, you have basically found our little office.
