We’re over at 50, New Trichy Branch Road in the Gugai area. This part of town is known for textiles, so we fit right in with the other shops and warehouses around here. Our building is mostly filled with fabric and the sound of machines running. It gets pretty humid inside because of the nature of the materials we handle, but we’re used to it. We’ve been in the textile business for a long time, and many of the people working here have been with us since they were young. There’s a lot of thread and lint that gets on your clothes by the end of the day, no matter how much you try to avoid it. We don’t have a big showroom or anything flashy. Most of our space is used for storage and making sure the orders are sorted correctly. It can get a bit chaotic when a new shipment comes in and we have to find room for all the rolls of cloth. The road outside is usually crowded with scooters and delivery vans, so there’s always something going on. We keep a small office near the front where we handle the accounts and talk to customers. It’s a simple setup, but it’s been working for us for years. We just focus on getting the fabric out to the people who need it without making too much of a fuss about things. It is what we know how to do best.
