You can find us at 290/47G, on the first floor in Vasanthapuram. It’s part of the Chinnathirupathi post office area. We are an export house, which basically means we spend our lives surrounded by boxes, tape, and shipping labels. The office isn't very big, and sometimes it feels even smaller when we have a big shipment ready to go. We’ve got stacks of paperwork on every desk because there is so much to track when things are going overseas. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people who come here already know where we are. We handle everything from checking the quality of the goods to making sure the containers are booked. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things get delayed at the port and we have to spend all day on the phone. It’s stressful, but we get through it. We aren't a massive corporation with fancy departments. It's just a few of us doing everything from start to finish. We like the independence of it. We take pride in the fact that we can handle the whole process ourselves without needing a lot of outside help. It’s just how we work.
