Our place is at 3/368 in Sithanur, which is over in Thalavapatty. It’s a bit away from the main city noise and traffic, which is nice for the kind of work we do. We work with herbs and plants. The air around the shop usually smells like dried leaves and ground-up roots. It’s a very manual process most of the time. We spend a lot of time cleaning, drying, and grinding different herbs to get them ready. We don't have massive automated machines like the big factories. A lot of it is done by hand or with small grinders that we’ve had for a while. It’s quiet work, mostly. We have a small group of people who really know their way around the different plants and what they are used for. We get our raw materials from local sources whenever we can. The building is simple, just stone and concrete, but it stays cool inside even when it’s hot outside. We don't have a marketing team or even a website that we update regularly. Mostly, we just fulfill orders for people who have been buying from us for a long time. Sometimes we run out of a certain herb because of the season or a bad crop, and we just have to tell people to wait. That’s just how nature works. We don't try to rush anything here, we just focus on doing things correctly.
