Sri Jaya Shree Food Products

We are located at No:31 in the Sidco Women Industrial Estate. This is out in Karuppur Village, right behind the Government Engineering College in Salem. Being in the industrial estate means there are always other businesses humming along around us. Sri Jaya Shree Food Products has a decent-sized space here. We get a lot of students walking by because of the college, but our work is mostly inside the unit. Salem weather can be pretty intense, so we try to keep the work floor as cool as we can. It is a lot of manual work, packing and checking things. We are not a giant factory, just a local setup. We have women from the nearby areas working here, which makes sense given where we are. The roads around Karuppur can be a bit dusty. We spend our mornings getting the machines ready and the rest of the day is just about keeping up with the schedule. It is steady work. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If someone wants to buy something, they usually just come by or call the number. It is simple enough. We like being part of the Sidco community. You get to know the other business owners after a while. We just do our bit and go home when the sun goes down.
